usage:
1. Clean and polish the physical surface.
2. Heat the surface of the metal material until the temperature of the metal wire reaches the working temperature of 380°C to 400°C.
3. When repairing thin aluminum, heat the aluminum-based metal to an appropriate working temperature, and then use the metal wire to rub and melt to form a weld.
4. Use propane gas to weld small objects, use industrial gas or induction heating device to heat and weld large objects, and cool down naturally after welding.
Please note:
1. The thicker the condition, the more difficult it is to heat up, so it is important to use a reasonable heat source.
2. As long as the surface temperature of the base metal reaches the working temperature of the welding wire, welding can be started.
3. When using acetylene welding, neutral flame welding should be used, but do not directly burn the welding wire.
4. Applicable heat source: such as propane, oxyacetylene, etc.
5. Storage: Please store in a dry and ventilated place.
6. The metal surface must be clean.
7. The temperature of the base metal should reach 400°C, including the temperature of the base metal during the welding process, which should be kept at 400°C. The temperature can be high or low.
