Terms of Sale

If this is a multiple quantity auction, one
representative picture is used.

You may or may not get the item
pictured, but it will be the same model number,
specs, color, etc. Physically it will be the
same or better.
Shipping
• Items
are shipped via USPS or FedEX within 24
hours of payment. You will receive an email
from PayPal with a Delivery Confirmation or
tracking number when your item ships.

International sales are handled through
the eBay Global Shipping
program.
Payment
•
Payment is expected within 4 days.
• Non-paying bidder will be filed with eBay on the 5th
day.
Warranty and Returns
• Unless otherwise
specified, all items are sold with a DOA warranty.
DOA claims must be made 3 days from receipt of the
item.
• Returns are only accepted for DOA claims. Buyer is
responsible for RETURN shipping.
• If item is found to be DOA, buyer will receive a
100% refund including ORIGINAL shipping.
• If a item is returned that is not DOA, buyer is
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• There is no return on software under any
circumstances.
• All serial numbers are recorded at time of
shipment and items marked with invisible inventory
ink.
