This is a really awesome funeral item.  It is a casket handle that measures approx 12″ long, 4 1/2″ wide where holder is.  It is over 2 pds and is a metal of some type.  Has 4 eagle on the bar part.  The plague or holder that goes on casket  Has the military eagle holding the flags.  There is the navy or marine anchor on one corner and crossed canons on the other corner.  Looks to be quite old but I have no idea of age.  Not sure who would want this but I heard there are people that collect funeral items.  If so this might be a nice piece for their collection.  It does show age and wear.  Look at close up of photos for condition.  I would grade condition an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best.
